Facilities

  • The main, open plan, living area provides for group gathering and activities whilst more secluded sitting areas offer quiet, private spaces to relax, read, gather your thoughts or observe the group goings at arms length.

  • The open plan dining area provides for an eight place setting indoors with easy access to kitchen and living areas. A fabulous courtyard has an expandable eight place setting to enjoy lively or intimate outdoor meals.  Additional settings, in a variety of locations provide for smaller, outdoor dining.

  • Entertainment facilities included a large screen TV, quality sound system, as well as an antique, upright piano!  The games cupboard houses a collection of puzzles and games suitable for children as well as adults.

  • There is a well-stocked library and collection of books, CD’s and DVDs.  So, to chill out, rest and recover, you could spend your days or evenings curled up to a good book or movie.

  • Level, off street parking is plentiful, making for easy arrival and daily coming and goings.

Bedrooms

  • Easy comfort and sleeping for eleven people.

  • Four dedicated  bedrooms have a total of six beds providing sleeping for nine people.

  • A fifth bedroom is available for larger groups, by adding a queen size bed (air mattress), to provide sleeping for a total of eleven people.

Kitchen

  • ​SEAWARDZ kitchen  is well equipped to provide the needs of large groups, or small.  It's as easy to cater for your large group as it is preparing breakfast for two of you.

  • The large island bench offers plenty of preparation space, comfort and room for circulation (and helpers). 

  • The kitchen is ideally placed, overlooking the lake and ocean views and the private, internal courtyard and dining setting;

Living Rooms

  • MAIN LOUNGE - The open-plan, main, living area connects with the heart and functional areas of the house including the  internal private, garden courtyard;

  • Looks out over the expansive SEAWARDZ views of Smiths Lake, Cellitos Beach and ocean to the east.

Bathrooms

  • ​SEAWARDZ bathrooms are well equipped to provide the needs of large family groups and maximum comfort for personal needs.

  • Three showers, three toilets, an extra deep bath tub and four vanity basins will get you through the high traffic, high demand periods of the day.

Outdoor Areas

• The courtyard setting and level walk to lawn, is the ideal location for inclusive family, close-to-home games and activities, making for easy, continuous, relaxed supervision and maintaining group connectedness.

Provisions & Pantry

  • KITCHEN/PANTRY - There is a small supply of non perishable food basics provided for your convenience.  Feel free to use them.  In turn, we ask that you replace used items with similar or equivalent items.

  • FOR BATHROOMS - Basic, personal care consumables including toilet paper, soap and conditioning shampoo are supplied.  Hair dryers are there, on hand.

Phone & Wifi

  • PHONES - The house and local area has strong signal strength for mobile phones, for major providers, with direct line of sight for Telstra services.  Cellito beach receives strong signal strength.

  • WIFI - is available (via nbn network and wireless back-up).

  • TV - Signal is strong for all available channels with direct line of sight for relay tower.  A library of DVD's is available on site.

Housekeeping

We have furnished the house with quality decorative items and some special artworks and artefacts. We hope that you and your guests enjoy the decor and the ambiance. We ask that you treat them respectfully throughout your stay and leave the house and facilities clean and in good order, including the BBQ.
