The courtyard area and level walk to lawn, is the ideal location for inclusive family, close-to-home games and activities, making for easy, continuous, relaxed supervision and maintaining group connectedness.

The courtyard has an expandable eight place setting to enjoy lively or intimate outdoor meals. Additional settings, in a variety of locations provide for smaller, outdoor dining, reading or relaxing.

Each aspect of Seawardz has been carefully designed to capture the best of the seasons:

Mornings are best spent in the sunshine at the breakfast bar.

Midday under the shade of the Dragon Tree, or various table settings for lunch.

Afternoons on the deck chairs, or bench by the outdoor shower.

Evenings at the large 8 seater setting, admiring the stars and taking in the sounds of the ocean in the distance.

Of course, every coastal holiday home needs a BBQ. So, it's there, clean, gassed to go and will do the job admirably. The BBQ is mobile for easy response to wind and weather conditions.
